We developed high-performance micro-pelletizing systems, with the highest quality for both components and end results.
The size of a plastic microgranule can vary from 0.7 to 1 mm in diameter, and is therefore very small compared to standard pellets whose size varies from 3 to 4 mm. Micropellet production is usually applied in moulding processes and in cases where a good material dispersion is necessary. Masterbatch microgranules, the result of production with Filtec systems, allow excellent results and can be competitive with respect to powdered pigments.
The advantages of manufacturing excellent quality microgranules are mainly the good color distribution, cleaning speed of dispensers (thanks above all to the absence of dust), and greater flow smoothness.
We developed dies for microgranules following meticulous laboratory tests. Micropellet pelletizing systems manufactured by Filtec guarantee excellent and very high quality results for all companies operating in the microgranule production sector.
